A New Era of Estate Management for Leybourne Chase

Leybourne Chase, built by Taylor Wimpey, comprises 733 homes within 140 acres. It includes a restored former grade II-listed Manor House, which is now home to 18 luxury apartments. It also has its own community facilities, football fields, a horse trail and a walled garden.

The Leybourne Chase community is constantly growing, and also comprises a primary school, pavilion, community centre, coffee shops, allotments and more.

The managing agent for the development had changed frequently in the past, and unfortunately, there was an existing level of dissatisfaction among residents who were not happy with the service they were receiving.

With our extensive experience working on developments with large outside spaces over the years, we aim to give the Leybourne Chase residents a more specialised estate management service.

Taking over management of a large residential development

Right now, it’s all hands-on deck to ensure the smooth transfer of the estate from the previous managing agent, making sure that all accounts are up to date and that everything transitions in an efficient and streamlined manner.
